Yifeng Qi, male, Liaoning Zhuanghe people, born in September 1978, professor, doctoral tutor, director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Mathematical Society, the National Natural Science Foundation of the project evaluation of the project, the Ministry of education degree and graduate education development center degree Papers communication reviewers.
