Biography
Zhang Zhiqiang, Ph.D., Professor, born in January 1973 , the new century talent of the Ministry of Education. 2014 On 10 Yue -2015 years 10 months, the US Georgia State University visiting scholar. Many times to the United States, Canada, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao and other places to carry out academic exchanges. Presided over the National Natural Science Foundation, the Ministry of Education New Century Talent Support Program, China Education Grid Project, China Postdoctoral Science Fund, the central university basic research business fee fund, Heilongjiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation and other projects.
