Biography
Wong Tak Yee is Joint Company Secretary of Biostime International Holdings Ltd. She is a director, Corporate Services of Tricor Services Limited (“Tricor”), a global professional services provider specializing in integrated business, corporate and investor services. Ms. Wong has over 25 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field and has been providing professional corporate services to Hong Kong listed companies as well as multinational, private and offshore companies. Ms. Wong is a Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of both the HKICS and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom. Ms. Wong is a holder of the Practitioner’s Endorsement from the HKICS.
