Biography
Kai Gao, professor, received the B.S. degree from Hebei University of Science and Technology in 1990, the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Yanshan University and Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2002 and 2007, respectively. From 2010 to 2010, he was a visiting scholar in the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK. Dr. Gao has been a professor in School of Information Science & Engineering, Hebei University of Science and Technology, China. He is the senior member of China Computer Federation, director of the Discipline Construction Office of the School of Information Science & Engineering, Hebei University of Science and Technology. He is also an associate editor of the International Journal of Computer Applications in Technology (ISSN Online: 1741-5047, ISSN Print: 0952-8091), reviewer of the Journal on Hebei University of Science and Technology (ISSN: 1008-1542), respectively. He is also a Program Committee Member of the IEEE International Conference on Modelling, Identification and Control.
