Biography
Wanzhen Zhou received the M.S. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 1992, and the Ph.D. degree from The Ordnance Engineering College of PLA, Shijiazhuang, China, in 2009. Since 2007, Dr. Zhou has been an Professor in the School of Information Science and Engineering at Hebei University of Science and Technology, Shijiazhuang, China. Currently, he is the vice dean of the School of Information Science and Engineering at Hebei University of Science and Technology. Dr. Zhou is a Member of CCF.

His research interests are broadly in the area of network and database. The areas of special interests include data mining Internet of things
