Biography
Xiaoming Zhang received the B.S. degree from Hebei University of Science and Technology, Shijiazhuang, China, in 1997, the M.S. degree from Hebei University, Baoding, China, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree from University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing, China, in 2009. Dr. Zhang work as a Professor in the School of Information Science and Engineering at Hebei University of Science and Technology, Shijiazhuang, China. Dr. Zhang is a Member of CCF.
