Biography
Yang Jiao received the B.Eng. the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Hebei University of Technology, Tianjin, China, in 1983, 2000 and 2007, respectively. From 1983 to 1994, Jiao worked in the enterprise as a technology development engineer. Since 1995, Jiao has been worked in Hebei University of Science and Technology, Shijiazhuang, China.
