Biography
Yang Kuihe was born in 1966. He is postdoctor, professor, supervisor of Master postgraduate, and director of computer department of Hebei University of Science and Technology. He received the B.S. degree from Tianjin University in 1988, received M.S. degree form Beijing University of Science and Technology in 1997, and received the Ph.D. degree from Xidian University in 2004. From 2005, he worked as postdoctor in Ordnance Engineering College and finished postdoctor research work in 2007. He studied in University of Manchester in 2011. Research interests of Dr Yang include network and database applications technology，machine learning and fault diagnosis, video images processing and tracking of moving targets. He managed or attended many scientific research tasks, which included the work supported by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He was awarded two prizes of Hebei province science and technology progress, published 28 papers which were indexed by SCI and EI, and published 16 books. Currently, Dr Yang is member of CCF, expert of Computer Networks Security Group of Hebei Province Keeping Secret Committee, managing director of Hebei Province Machine Learning Association.
Research Interest
His research interests are broadly in the area of artificial intelligence with applications. The areas of special interests include Network and Database Applications Technology Machine Learning and Fault Diagnosis Video Images Processing and Tracking of Moving Targets
