Biography
Kin Yiu Wong has done his B.Sc. (1st Hons.) in Physics in Chinese University of Hong Kong, M.S. in Physics in Ohio State University, Columbus OH, USA, Ph.D. in Chemical Physics University of Minnesota, Twin Cities MN, USA, Post-doc in (1) Chemistry Department at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities MN, USA, and (2) in BioMaPS Institute for Quantitative Biology at the Rutgers University, New Brunswick NJ, USA
Research Interest
My research interests include (1) based on fundamental laws in classical physics, physical chemistry, quantum and statistical mechanics, simulating biochemical events involving DNA, RNA, and protein molecules with computers, and (2) their applications and implications in the origin of life, biocatalysis, biotechnology, rational drug design, etc.
