Biography
Kwan has completed his B.Sc. (Electrical Engineering), University of Hong Kong in June 1983, Diploma in Education, Chinese University of Hong Kong in June 1985, B.D. with First Class Honour, University of Aberdeen in July 1989, M. Phil. in Philosophical Theology, Oxford University in June 1991, D. Phil. (Oxon)- Philosophy of Religion, Oxford University in July 1993
