Liang has done his Ph.D. in Interpreting and Translating Studies at Newcastle University, UK, M.A. in Chinese/English, English/Chinese Translating at Newcastle University, UK and B.A. in Applied Foreign Languages, National Pingtung Institute of Commerce, Taiwan.
