Biography
Dr. Choy received his B.Eng., M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, all in Information Engineering. In July 2008, he joined Department of Computer Science at the Hong Kong Baptist University and now serves as a lecturer.
