Biography
Minhua LIU has completed her Ph.D. in Foreign Language Education at The University of Texas at Austin, Dissertation: Expertise in simultaneous interpreting: A working memory analysis (voted best dissertation for the Young Scholar Award of the European Society for Translation Studies in 2004). She completed her M.A. in Translation and Interpretation (Chinese-English), Monterey Institute of International Studies (Dean’s List: 1987, 1988) and B.A. in German Language and Literature, Fu Jen University, Taiwan.
