Dr. Fatos has completed his PhD in Sociology at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (USA), Doctoral degree in Political Science at University of Tirana, Master of Arts in Sociology at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Bachelor Degree in Political Science at University of Tirana.
