Biography
Fan Xiaxia Born in July 1962, Member of Chinese Communist Party. Mr. Fan is an executive Director and Vice President of HPI, Vice Chairman of Huaneng Shidaowan Nuclear power Development Co. Ltd. He was Deputy Division Chief of General Administration and Construction Management of Construction Dept. of HIPDC, Deputy General Manager of HPI Nantong Branch, Deputy General Manager of Construction Dept. of HIPDC, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of International Co-operation and Commercial Dept. of HPI, General Manager of Construction Management Dept. of HPI, Assistant to President of HPI and General Manager of HPI Zhejiang Branch (Preparatory Office of Yuhuan Power Plant). He Graduated from Tsinghua University Economic Management College as an EMBA. He is professionally entitled as Senior Engineer.
