Guo Hongbo Born in Sept. 1968, member of CCP. Mr. Guo now is a non-executive director of HPI, Vice Chairman and President of Liaoning Energy Investment (Group) Company Ltd. He used to be an engineer at Anshan Chemical Wool Textile Plant, Assistant and Deputy Chief of Anshan Dyeing Factory of Silk Fabrics, Vice President of Anshan Synthetic Company Ltd, Assistant, Deputy President and President of Liaoning Engineering Mechanics (Group) Company Ltd. While Chairman and President of Liaoning Libo Hydraulic Pressure Evacuation Company Ltd, Assitant President of Liaoning Chuangye (Group) Company Ltd.and Liaoning Energy Corporation, Assistant, Vice, Standing Vice President and Directorof Liaoning Energy Investment (Group) Company Ltd.
