Biography
Liu Jizhen Born in Aug. 1951, a CCP member, professor, tutor for doctorate candidate, member of Chinese Engineering Academy. He is now an independent director of HPI, director for North China Electric Power University’s Nationally-important Laboratory on New-energy Power System, the fist scientist of “973 plan” project, vice chairman of China Electricity Council, vice chairman of Chinese Society for Electric Engineering, vice chairman of Chinese Society for Dynamics, member of British Institute of Engineering and technology, Independent director of Datang Power Co. Ltd. He used to the principal of Wuhan Hydro and Power University, the principal of North China Electric Power University.
