Biography
Xu Mengzhou Born in Sept. 1950, a CCP member Mr. Xu is an independent director of Huaneng Power International Inc, Hualu Hengsheng Chemistry Co. Ltd. in Shandong province, ENN Biology Holding Co. Ltd and a professor at China Renmin University. He has always been a professor at the Law School and International School of the university. He graduated from economic law of Renmin University with a doctor’s degree.
