Biography
Zhang Xianzhi Born in Feb. 1957, a CCP member. He is now an independent director of HPI, professor and tutor of PHD candidate of Northeast Financial University, independent director of China Guangdong Nuclear Applied Technology Co. Ltd, independent director of Dalian Zhiyun Automatization equipment co. ltd, independent director of Yingkou Harbor Co. ltd, independent director of Dalian Tianbao green food co. ltd. He used to be an accountant at transportation bureau of Dalian municipality, a researcher at economic committee of Dalian municipality, professor and deputy dean of accountant institute of Northeast Financial University, director of a research center by China and Germany on management control. He graduated from Notheast University of Finance and Economics major in industrial economy with a doctor degree.
