Biography

CHEN HAIBIN is a profesor of Environmental Science and Engineering Department in huazhong university of science and technology,china. Chen Haibin,the Professor and doctoral supervisor of Environmental Science and Engineering Department at Huazhong University of Science and Technology,is an expert who enjoys the special allowance of the State Council ,and an academic leader in Environmental Planning and Management Area.Professor Chen has been engaged in the research, planning and designing of environmental sanitation and waste treatment for over 30 years. Since 1990s, his research group has cooperated comprehensively with local governments in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Hainan, Fujian, Jiangsu, Yunnan and provincesregarding the projects including the planning and design of environmental health or garbage disposal, engineering consultation, running school jointly, scientific and technologic exploiture , etc. Up to now, Professor Chen has completed more than 20 province departmental level scientific researches and dozens of engineering design projects, among which 5 achievements attained the award of technological improvement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Education, Hubei Province, Hainan Province and Anhui Province separately, 5 achievements attained the national monopoly, more than 10 achievements were issued and implemented as the professional standard (chief editors of ten items). In addition, he has published two scientific research monographs, and more than 50 academic articles.
