1. Molecular epidemiology studies of genetic susceptibility and gene-environment interactions in lung carcinogenesis. 2. Biomarkers for early screening and exposure assessment of high risk populations of lung cancer. 3. Studies on the biological effects of occupational and environmental polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) exposure and genetic damage of coke oven workers with the techniques of molecular and cellular biology, toxicology, and epidemiology.
