Biography
Prof. Jiang works in theSchool of Electronic Information and Communications in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, serving as the PhD supervisor of network science and the leader of Networked and Communication Systems Research Group (Belongs to the Media and Communication Lab). Prof. Jiang’s research mostly lies at the wireless networks, mobile computing, network science and has significant achievements in teaching data processing and wireless communication. Up to now, Prof. Jiang has published over 40 papers on international leading conferences and journals, and acted as technical program chair for many conferences, editor and reviewers in various journals. He also has leaded many research projects of National Social Science, New Century Excellent Talents in University, Fok Ying Tung Funding for Young Scientist. For the remarkable contributions made in research fields, Prof. Jiang was awarded "Huazhong Distinguished Professorship" from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, "New Century Excellent Talents in University" from Ministry of Education, and "Hong Kong Scholars" from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Besides, he won many other academic awards such as Finalist Best Paper Award from ACM/IEEE International Symposium on MSWiM, Best Paper Award from ACM International Workshop on NOSSDAV, and Natural Sciences Award for Outstanding Academic Papers in Wuhan City.
