Biography
Li Baoren, born in Oct, 1962, Ph. D, professor and doctoral supervisor at School of Mechanical Science & Engineering (MSE) of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). He was engaged as the dean of School of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering of HUST, a vice director of department of mechatronic and the chairman of National Technical Committee of pneumatic etc. Now he is working as the director of Ocean Mechatronic Institution of HUST, the chairman of FESTO Pneumatic Center of HUST, the vice chairman in the Society of Fluid Power Transmission and Control in China, a commissioner of China Hydraulics Pneumatics & Seals Society Committee, a commissioner of Pneumatic Power Transmission and Control Committee of the National Hydraulic Pneumatic Standardization Technical Committee, an editorial board member of Journey of Machine Tool & Hydraulics, a senior member of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES), a commissioner of Chinese Simulation Society, an ocean expert of the National 863 Plans, a communication review expert of Materials Engineering Department of the National Science Foundation and a council member of the Mechanical Transmission and Design of Hubei Province etc. He is also appointed as a reviewer of Journal of Mechanical Engineering, the Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering, Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology and Journal of Control Engineering etc.

1.High pressure pneumatic control technology; 2.Mechatronic integration control technology; 3.Electrical - hydraulic servo control technology; 4.Intelligent control; 5.Hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology etc.
