Biography
Qiang Li received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2007 and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2011. From 2011 to 2013, he was a Research Fellow with Nanyang Technological University. Since 2013, he has been an Associate Professor with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. His current research interests include cooperative communications, cognitive wireless networks, and wireless network coding
