Biography
Phosphorus is one of the most abundant elements on earth and small amounts of phosphorus in a polymer can be greatly advantageous. Normally，two kinds of phosphorus-containing polymer have been widely studied, namely polyphosphoester and poly(phosphine oxide). Our researches focus on: 1. Chemistry of phosphorus and phosphorus-containing polymer, including fire-retardant polymer, biopolymer, high performance polymer such as phosphorus-containing polybenzoxazines and epoxy resin 2. Green or eco-friendly method to prepare poly(phosphine oxide)s，Polyphosphoesters and related polymer 3. Design and synthesis of phosphorus-containing biomaterials injectable tissue engineering materials for tissue repairing
