Biography
Dr. Luo received his BEng degree from the School of Electronic Information and Communications , Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, in 2006. Then, he joined the Communications and Signal Processing Group at the School of Electronic Information and Communications, Imperial College London in late 2007 and received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Imperial College London in 2013. He was with the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, from 2013 to 2014. Currently, he is a lecturer with the School of Electronic Information and Communications, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China.
