2006.9-2010.6 PhD Degree of Public Administration in Economics and Finance in the Catholic University in Milan, Italy. PhD supervisor was Professor Mario Gilli, Director of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies in Economics, Psychology and Social Sciences, University of Milano-Bicocca, and Adjunct Professor in Bocconi University. The topic of PhD dissertation was: “Modeling Incentive Problems in Environmental Regulation: Asymmetric Information, Policy Instruments, and Compliance Inspection”. 2002.9-2006.6 Bachelor Degree of Information and Computational Science in Mathematics Department, Nanjing University. Dissertation supervisor was Professor Chen Shifu, Director of Computer Application Institution, Nanjing University. The topic of Bachelor dissertation was: “Agent-based Modeling and Algorithm of Electricity Market Simulation”.
