Biography
TANG Xinpeng received his M.S. degree from Department of Automotive Engineering, Wuhan Institute of Technology, Wuhan, China, in 1982. Supported by The China Scholarship Council (CSC), he was with the Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo University, Japan, as senior visiting scholars, in 1994 and 2000. He worked at the Department of Automotive Engineering, Wuhan Institute of Technology, from 1982 to 1995. He has been a Professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) ever since 1999. He was Vice Dean of School of Traffic, at HUST from 1997 to 2001. He is now a Director of China Society of Automotive Engineers. His research interests include Vehicle Dynamics and Design, Vehicle active control and simulation
