Biography
Dr. Qingsong WEI, born in 1975, is engaged in the field of additive manufacturing, including the development of SLM, SLS, multi nozzle injection 3D printing equipments. The work focuses on basic research of 3D printing for the applications of the aerospace, mould, biomedical and other fields. In 2010, He was rewarded for the National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation nomination, and also won two second prize of HUBEI province. He has published more than 30 English academic papers (SCI) and more than 10 patents, and was the professional reviewer in several international academic journals. He has guided 10 students, including doctor and master students. He carried out a series of international cooperation with University of Birmingham in UK, Nanyang technological university in Singapore, University of Louisville in US. Dr. Qingsong WEI has also participated in many projects of China.
