Biography
Xuefeng Yang is Professor of Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene , School of Public Health, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. Research Interests include 1. The toxicological evaluation of excess iodine intake 2. The relationship between the branched chain amino acids and insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes and the underlying mechanisms with techniques of experimental biology 3. Nutrition and dietary intakes related to maternal and child health in cohort 4. The interaction between dietary factors and genetic factors, biomarkers in the development gestational diabetes in maternal-infant cohort.
