Biography

 He graduated from Department of Foreign Languages, Hubei University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. 1986-2003 in Hubei Province Planning Management Cadre College, served as director of foreign language teaching and research, deputy director of tourism. Among them, 1997-1998 Education Department of the Sino-British Education Center training English education. Since 2003 , he has been teaching at Hubei University of Economics.
