Biography

 aster's degree in economics from Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics in 1998-1991; Bachelor's degree in economics from 1998 to 2001; Master's degree in economics and finance from Wuhan University from 1998 to 2001; 2002-2008 studied at Huazhong University of Science and Technology Engineering degree, received a doctorate in management. Has hosted or participated in the "perfect government procurement system research" and so on more than 10 national social science funds and the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, China International Tax Research Association, the Asian Development Bank and other research work. In the "financial research", "tax research", "macroeconomic research" and other core journals published more than 40 papers, published "performance budget system research" monograph. Has participated in the annual meeting of China Finance Society, China International Tax Research Association Annual Conference, China Property Tax International Symposium and other high-level academic conference more than 20 times; 2006 to the United States of America Oklahoma University Christian University academic exchanges; Department of Finance Science Research Institute engaged in postdoctoral research work.
