Biography

 Published more than 70 papers, presided over or participated in the provincial and ministerial level of more than 10 items, published three monographs, editorial materials 8, the provincial boutique course responsible person, to participate in a number of local laws and regulations of the legislative work. He is also a member of the Law Society of China Law Society, executive director of the Hubei Provincial Law Society, member of the Academic Committee, Hubei Provincial Law Society Economic Law Research Association, Law and Economics Research Association, vice president of the Agricultural Law Research Association, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Hubei University graduate tutor.    There are more than 70 papers published in "Legal Studies", "Law Review" and "Journal of Huazhong Normal University", and more than 10 articles on CSSCI source journals.
