Andy Claude

Biography

Mr. Claude has 18 years of broad financial leadership experience in financial planning, deal analysis, controllership, SEC reporting, audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and corporate governance. He is responsible for planning, implementing and managing HUYA Bioscience International’s financial related activities and human resources, including strategic planning, forecasting and analysis, evaluating licensing and capital investment opportunities, accounting operations and internal controls. Before joining HUYA, Mr. Claude held controller and senior financial management positions at several private and public life science and technology companies, ranging from startups to global leaders. Prior to that, he spent six years in public accounting, most recently with KPMG. Mr. Claude received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
