Biography
Mr Li is in charge of obtaining information of government policies, laws and regulations from central and local government departments, science parks, as well as other agencies. He joined HUYA Bioscience International with a variety of experience in research, project management, investment and law from academic and pharmaceutical fields. As a senior technical manager, he worked at China Academy of Military Medical Sciences and SFDA affiliated organizations for 13 years. Mr. Li obtained his executive juridical degree from China University of Political Science and Law, MS from the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, MBA from Tsinghua University, and BS from Wuhan University
