Biography

1. 15 years’ drug development (phase I-IV) experiences cross large Pharmas 2. Led China development of Janssen Pharma in successful NDA approvals of multiple compounds 3. Built clinical development capacities for a China domestic pharma in terms of global IND submissions, study design and executions in and out of China, including Australia, Singapore, korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong , US and etc. 3. Successfully led China/Asia neuroscience initiative for Wyeth and setting up global trial models in Asia for Pfizer PCBU 4. Program lead for CNS compound development, responsible for preclinical data assessment and clinical development strategies in line with commercial values and regulatory requirements 5. Achieving proof of concept for a CNS compound with novel mechanism of action and successfully designing and conducting study using adaptive trial design 6. Multiple interactions with FDA, EMEA, SFDA, PMDA and many other regulatory agencies 7. Established broad network with KOLs and physicians worldwide, especially in US, EU and Asian countries 8.Recipient of Pfizer PCBU 2010 Individual Performance Award and Winner of Wyeth 2009 GCT Leadership Award  9.Recipient of international research grants  10. US licensed physician and board certified psychiatrist
