Kevin Hopkins is a Professor of Aquaculture. He completed his B.S. Zoology, University of Oklahoma, M.S. Fisheries & Aquaculture, Auburn University, M.B.A. Business Administration, Auburn University,Ph.D. Fisheries & Aquaculture, Auburn University. His research interest is in Culture of finfish, particularly sturgeon and tilapia, Business aspects of aquaculture, Application of fisheries and ecological models to aquaculture.
