Biography
Jean-Emmanuel Paillon took up the post of Deputy CEO for Administration in November 2014. He was before, since 2013, Chief Officer for Resources and Service Administration at Inria. Member of General Management, he is to assist the CEO in the organisation and operation of support activities and in the administration of all resources available to the Institute. He will coordinate the budget and the development of the Institute's policy regarding human resources, technical, computing and real estate infrastructure, as well as the development of the information system. The departments responsible for Human Resources, Administration, Finance and Assets, and information systems will report to him.
