Biography
Chen Gang is a deputy Director of IHEP, responsible for the Office of Research and Planning, the Office of Finance, the Experimental Physics Division, the Particle Astrophysics Division, the Computing Center and Yading LHAASO Science Center. He got his Ph.D. from the Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1994. Following a postdoctoral fellowship at Peking University, he has worked at IHEP since 1996.
Research Interest
high energy physics experiments, high performance computing, grid and cloud computing, and high performance storage.
