Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Granite Broadcasting Corporation from 1988 until his retirement in August 2009 and Vice Chairman until December 2009. Granite Broadcasting Corporation filed for voluntary reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in December 2006 and emerged from its restructuring in June 2007. Director of American International Group, Inc. and Avon Products, Inc. Director of the Wallace Foundation from 2002 until 2012. Trustee of Big Brothers/Sisters of New York. Our Director since 1997. A member of our Audit, Compensation, Regulatory and Compliance, and Science and Technology Committees.
