He is Chairman of the Board in Jiangxi Changjiu Agrochemical Co., Ltd, where He used to be Deputy General Manager and General Manager. He was Deputy General Manager in the Company, Assistant General Manager in one of the Company's Branches, Head-Manufacturing Technology in a Jiangxi-based ammonia factory.
