Biography
Dr. Ren Peng is currently working as an associate professor in Jiangxi Normal University, China. He earned his PhD degree in biochemical engineering from East China University of Science and Technology. He also worked as a visiting researcher at Nogaya University, Japan (2005-2006). His research focuses on functional peptides and enzymes.

Dr. Ren Peng research interests include new gene clone, recombinant expression, rational design and directed evolution, purification and characterization of peptide and protein, etc
