Mr. Liu Baolin has been Chairman of the Board in Jointown Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd since November 2008. He is also Chairman of the Board in a Shanghai-based investment company. He used to be Executive Director in a Wuhan-based storage and transportation company and Chairman of the Board in a Hubei-based pharmaceutical company and the Company's former entity.
