Mr. Liu Shulin has been Vice Chairman of the Board in Jointown Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd since November 2008. He is also Chairman of the Board in a Wuhan-based investment company. He used to be Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Board in a Hubei-based pharmaceutical company and Vice Chairman of the Board in the Company's former entity.
