Biography
Dr. Eing-Mei Tsai received his Ph.D. from Kaohsiung Medical University. Currently, she is working as Professor in Division of Cardiovascular Surgery OF Kaohsiung Medical University. She is chief in Division of Reproductive Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is serving as Director, Center for Research Resource and Development,Kaohsiung Medical University. She is specialized in Biology of embryonic stem cells, Basic and clinical sciences in IVF.
