Huang Fuxing

Biography

Mr. Huang Fuxing was born in 1959, Chinese, without permanent overseas residency. He is a director of the company with PhD, associate research fellow, professor and postgraduate tutor of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Successively he worked in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, and was engaged in the financial research works. He is now the director of Financial and Investment Research Center of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, associate editor and director of editorial department of Shanghai Journal of Economics, as well as the chairman of Shanghai Jiushifu Investment Consulting Company. And since Mar. 2015, he acts as the director of the company. Now, he concurrently acts as the director of Shanghai Stamp, Coin and Card Exchange, director and chief financial officer of Shanghai Pudong International Cultural Industry Investment Holdings Ltd., independent director of Zhejiang Chouzhou Commercial Bank, and chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Shanghai Yanhua Smartech.
