Biography
Mr. Liu Sichuan was born in 1984, Chinese, without permanent overseas residency. He is a director and general manager of the company, with a master’s degree. Since 2007, he worked as assistant to the chairman, as director of the company since June 2009, as deputy general manager since July 2012, and as general manager of the company since September 2015. He was elected as deputy to the 12th NPC of Hunan province in January, 2013. He is now the member of All-China Youth Federation, standing director of Chinese Young Volunteers Association, and director of the 6th council of China Guanghua Foundation.He concurrently acts as a director of Sichuan Kelun Industry Group.
