Zhang Tao

Biography

Mr. Zhang Tao was born in 1970, Chinese, with permanent residency in Canada. He has EMBA of CKGSB, MBA of Management School of Boston University, Master Degree in Investment of Business School of Nanjing University, Bachelor Degree of Industrial Administration and Economics, in School of Economics and Management of Southeast University, Bachelor Degree of Science in Physics College of Soochow University. He served for Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. in many positions, such as the Director of Investment Banking Department, the General Manager of Customer Business Department of its Shanghai Branch, the General Manager of International Business Department, the General Manager of Bonds Department, and the Senior Manager of Equity Trading Department. He also has served as the CEO of Shanghai Stone Capital Investment Management Co., Ltd. At present, he acts as the founder of Rong Ande (Tianjin) Investment Partnership Enterprise (limited partnership). Mr. Zhang has been engaged in investment banking and asset management business for a very long time. Therefore, he has rich experiences in the development and services for institutional investors including that of QFII; and is familiar with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private finance and securities assets management business; specializes in financial statement analysis, industry analysis, stock technology analysis and customer relationship management, etc. Mr. Zhang acts as the independent director of Kelun Pharmaceutical since May 2014.At present, he acts concurrently as the supervisor of Shanghai La Chapelle Fashion Corporation.
