Biography
Ms. Zhang Tengwen was born in 1970, Chinese, without permanent overseas residency, and serves as a director of the company. She is a postgraduate tutor of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, with Doctor’s Degree in Financial Management. She used to work at the Economic Development Research Center, and Capital Operation Department of ANSTEEL, and Panzhihua New Steel & Vanadium Company Limited, engaged in the financial report review, investment project evaluation, mergers and acquisitions, financial accounting research, etc. Ms. Zhang Tengwen acts as an independent director from July 2012 to June 2015. Now, she concurrently acts as the CFO of Chengdu Jingyuan Titanium Industry Co., Ltd, independent director of listed company Sichuan Jiuzhou Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., independent director of unlisted companies Sichuan Jiuyuan Yinhai Software Co., Ltd and Tibet Jincai Technology Co., Ltd. She acts as the director of the company since June 2015.
