Biography
ZHANG Yingjun, Professor of phytochemistry. Major research interests include 1) the natural products with various bioactivities, e.g. antiviral, antifungal anti-tumor, antioxidant, and preventive effects on cardio-vascular and nervous system disease, from medicinal plants, particularly those used by the local people living in the western China, in order to find new natural pharmaceutical principles; 2) the chemical constituents, bioactivities and plant resources of tea-used plants and its products, in order to find new resources for food supplement.
